I work normal hours and spend lots of time with my wife and two young kids.

1) I am learning better customer interaction. From the first contact with a customer thru the sales analysis, the game program is helping me grow and become even more professional with customers.

2) Starting to understand the need for systems in place. How to react to a customer or an employee having a system in place to do the same thing every time is very important. We are learning some of these basics.

The Game program is very helpful and useful to grow my HandyMan business. Allen is very passionate about helping Handyman be successful.

I can’t say enough about how The Handyman Success Podcast has helped me in the past six months with setting up my business. Before listening, like everyone starting out, I had no idea how to price, what I was worth, and definitely had no idea what a CRM was!
